Get up to date with NIU Alumni Today 2012

Do you ever wonder where an old NIU friend is now? Would you like to see a comprehensive preview of exciting projects on campus? NIU Alumni Today 2012, the NIU Alumni Association’s latest alumni directory, is a project with Harris Connect that is like a yearbook, full of information about the university and where your fellow Huskies are now. The publication will include color photos as well as essays submitted by alumni.

The Alumni Association has partnered with Harris in the past in an effort to produce an updated alumni directory at least once every five to seven years. The upcoming edition features essays from NIU President John G. Peters and Francine Pepitone, president of the NIU Alumni Association Board of Directors. In addition, purchasers will be able to read about what is new with Alumni Association programs, including travel, advocacy, and affinity and regional groups.

Alumni have already received postcards prompting them to update their information for the directory, and we thank the thousands of you (and counting), who have done that. The last day for updates was earlier this month, and the books will start arriving on doorsteps this fall.
