NIU is in the Orange Bowl! Our MAC-Champion Huskies will play the Florida State Seminoles on January 1, 2013 in Miami.

“This is unprecedented for our conference and for our university,” said Jeff Compher, NIU Associate vice president and director of Athletics. “This will go down as a seminal day in the history of our university and of our football program. It’s a day that all of our alumni, current students and fans will remember forever with tremendous pride. I am confident our fans and alumni will respond with a great presence in Miami for this game. I know the Orange Bowl Committee and the city of Miami will provide a great experience for Huskie Nation.”

Event Pass Pickup
Those who have purchased tickets to our Pregame Reception or New Year’s Eve event may pick up their passes at the Hyatt Regency Miami in the Japengo Room (lobby level) during the following times:

Sunday, December 30 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Monday, December 31 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Tuesday, January 1 from 9 a.m. to  1:30 p.m.

Passes can also be picked up at the door at each of these events.
